This piece clearely proves to me that there are good composers out there dedicating real time in their craft. Thank you! and all the best for you...

  2. The integral of sin(2cosx)- pi^2x where x is any pitch found in just temperament, and the range that of a 6 foot grand piano. That should provide you many interesting pitches IF you can find a 6 foot grand in just temperament (or go thru the trouble of adjusting the equal temperament to just)

  4. Dude, current pop music > current classical. Between Zorn's little scene in NY, post-rock, and bands like the Books... there's a lot of cool, complex music going about. That's not even the surface, just three of my fascinations.... There needs to be less complaining and more active searching for cool music.

  5. Welcome to the newly re-opened Lessons Department - offering one-on-one virtual lessons with our faculty of skilled and knowledgeable teachers. Help this section grow by signing up today!! The lesson-plan/curriculum is to be determined and decided on a case-by-case basis between student and teacher. The appeal of this method is that it allows the most freedom for both parties to customize the appraoch and to tailor each series of lessons to the particular topic and to the people involved. Please understand that at this point, teachers are generiously volunteering their time to help; try and be courteous and respectful of this generosity. To sign up: - Pick the subject you want to learn and with whom you'd like to study. - Send a message to SYS65 indicating your subject and teacher preferences. - Daniel (SYS65) and/or your new teacher will respond with a decision on your placement. 6. No offense, homie, but you wouldn't survive very long in a philosophy program. I think you're trying to handle thinking that is beyond your current grasp because you're demanding things that - especially to the analytic - are fairly pedestrian. Nevertheless, good luck. I am reading.
