@ treehugger, I indeed meant what you highlighted: a title, a piece of music, a new title with a piece of music; a third title with a piece of music and so on. @ wayne-scales: thank you for the suggestion. I am going to try that tonight (have to run for school now). @ Austenite: they way I do it is to put a double bar at the end of my variation and just continue writing. Above the new variation I write "variation 1", "variation 2" and so on.It is how I found it done in most variations by the great masters.
