You know what I wish notation softwares had? Maybe this has nothing to do with what you're asking (and I'm pretty positive it doesn't, but you should consider this with touchscreen apps if you ever decide to get into that): Make a program where I can DRAW on the staff, the computer would be able to identify "what" I am drawing, and convert it to the proper digital shape and engraving. How cool would that be?1 point

I'm currently making a few tweaks in the piece I wrote for that competition ;), according to received feedback. I hope those tweaks might get the piece to sound more 'modern', and of course, to have them done by November. As for your new opportunity, I'm also interested in writing something for your ensemble, but I don't foresee myself to suddenly become able to write atonally :unsure: ...1 point
