You can ask anything you want about music in this forum. If you 'have questions about how to get inspired or how to find the right melody', you can make a thread dedicated to it - like you've done here - in the 'Advice and Techniques' section, for instance, or you can ask people in the shoutbox, message people (by going to their page), and whatever else. If you have a piece that's not finished, that you don't know what to do with, you can upload it: at the top of the page you'll see a tab that says 'Upload Music', and from there you can categorize it under 'Incomplete Works; Writer's Block and Suggestions'.
