  1. I know what it's like to write mostly minor pieces... that was me for a while, haha. The dissonances you introduce in the first part are quite beautiful, I just wished more of them resolved, because after holding them a bit, they sound awkward. The second Allegro section I was wondering where the percussion went... that took away a lot of the driving force, and more importantly, the suspense of out of it. I felt like a high point and low part could really increase the emotions in here. Also, maybe a few more deviations from the tonic chord? It carried itself very well in the beginning, and unfortunately my expectations were a little bit let down in the second. For a first in major piece I think you knew what you were doing... just fool around with instrumentation a bit more. Cheers!

  2. First I would like to say that we all enjoy music on a good level but we are honest about the music people do. It isn't done to insult you, but in a way so that you will know what should and should not be done to make your music even better. There is nothing wrong with your music but it could stand to have a bit *more* you know and as a musician there is always that hidden potential in your heart and soul that your ability as it stands now has not reached yet but *can* be unlocked as you learn more and more. I enjoyed this but Monarcheon knows her stuff man, I can vouch for that...and she was right but all you have to do man is reach down deeper than this and create something even more memorable. Good work man.
