  1. A cold winter night, an old steam train is pressing forward through the cloudy fog surrounded by tall dark trees. Inside is filled with tall suspicious figures. This scene depicts the introduction to a murder mystery.

  2. Overall, I liked it! My recommendation would be continue with the descending triple figuration in base though that's just a matter of personal taste.

  3. "Lesser artists borrow, great artists steal." - Igor Stravinsky. Even you did unconsciously recreate a melody that was someone else's, just know that you are in good company.

  4. This happened to me before. I once got a melody into my head and it sounded perfect. It also sounded familiar. I soon got over its familiarity and was about to write it in my composition when I heard it playing on the radio. It turned out that it was from Schubert's Symphony 5 and that the reason that I thought it could have been from The Magic Flute Overture was because I went to a concert that had both of them in.

  5. Nice piece. Catchy melody in the guitar. Only suggestion is the drums to me were a bit uninspiring, and I'm sure it can add a little more depth and upbeat to the piece, perhaps some transitional phrases leaning to different sections. Overall good job!

  6. Catchy! Sounds like a spy esque theme where everyone is waiting in the elevator, waiting for the first person to attack. Sounds great!
