  1. @Rabbival507 Thank you. It's an awesome harp. This is the one: https://www.orangetreesamples.com/products/angelic-harp I agree that the violin part is actually kind of shrill, but I did have a rationale: I wanted want it to sound "too bright" as an atmospheric device, but maybe this is too "too bright." Perhaps I should transpose it down a bit, and, in terms of production, mix the violin quieter since it cuts through the mix like a razor. Why "White Elephant"? It's just a title. I can never think of an obvious title for my music. Then I walked past my nephew's elephant toy and thought of the title "White Elephant." I thought that has a good ring to it; it makes me think of something that is cute, quirky, and pure/innocent. The language in the picture is JavaScript, and a is a string. It's named like that because the script has been "minified", which automatically renames variables to stuff like a, e3, and such 😀 Is it possible to get the thread moved to Orchestra and Large Ensemble?

  2. Interesting improvisation, I think it could fit in any composition. Just a suggestion, I know this is recorded live (I appreciate that), but the "drone" is a bit louder than the guitar solo.

  3. Thank you. You are right about Easter Mediterranean, but on the Balkans there are so many different cultures and a lot of influence of oriental music. So, I have changed name of composition in MUSICA BALCANA, it sounds more convincingly for sure, thanks again 😄

  4. @Rabbival507 Hi. Time signature X/X means no time signature, as you can see. It's an option in the editor I'm using (Dorico). You can also leave it blank. In fact, this program allows you to write endlessly with no time signature at all (which is useful in contemporary styles). Whenever and wherever you want you can write a time signature and everything is adjusted automatically.

  5. I don't really have any helpful feedback. You're doing a good job, keep going. I know that feeling of pain in the butt and getting a payoff only after hours of work from programming, unfortunately I'm not that good of a programmer so I don't get much payoff. But I think I know how you feel.
