Thank you, Peter! I don't agree with you completely. The key is changing in this piece of music because it starts with E minor and ends with E major. The previous music, you mentioned (The Spirit of the Lake) has a middle part, which is in B minor, and the whole piece of music starts with E minor, ends with B minor. These are modulations. 🙂 I'm glad, you could appreciate my work, and thank you again for your comment!

You continue your penchant for long extended vocal phrases in this track. Unlike your "Spirit of the Lake" track which uses a female soloist, this track uses a female choir so if this were ever performed live, they could stagger their breathing to create the impression of a long uninterrupted flowing melody. I love the various changes in tempo that bring energy and excitement with some trumpet fanfares sprinkled in for good measure. I do notice though, that you pretty much stay in the same key throughout the whole piece. And the other tracks I listened to "Spirit of the Lake" and "Prologue - The Nakara Myth" (which are awesome btw) are also in the same exact key and none of them modulate. I think you have accomplished quite a high quality of well produced music (besides the extended vocal melodies which make some of your music sound unrealistically breathless) that generates much potential for some epic storytelling. The only weakness of your music is that it doesn't modulate. The music gets the job done though and if you're satisfied with it that's all that counts of course. Not all music has to modulate. I just think that the listener would feel like they've been taken on a much more profound melodic/harmonic adventure if the music strayed from it's home key. That's my opinion. Great job though! I agree with @PeterthePapercomPoserit's a dynamic issue, not a counterpoint one, the flute needs to be louder, and more contrast based on the timbre of the instruments.
