  1. Hi, I really enjoyed your musical language ... the harmonies and thematic material are very different and intriguing. The mid-section -with it change of tempo- I especially enjoyed - yet, I found it a bit short in its development and I really wanted more ... I hope you revisit it and do more with it. Mark

  2. Thanks for answering. Soo are you saying percusion is too much or other elements are laking, or both?( i need to read in CAPITAL LETTERS to understand, sorry 😄) i was hoping to achive some sort of progression with percussion and i kkept adding stuff. Well, maybbe i should reduce instead. As they say sometimes less is more 😄 have a nice day!

  3. Fantastic. It is addictive, since it is very short, to listen to it over and over again. I think that leaving the bass independent is a very valid technique and provides a base. What I would suggest is that in measures 6, 7 and 8 the soprano and alto voices do not cross, since it can be done the other way around, keeping its logic.

  4. This was really fun to listen to! The soggetto is very easy to remember and to spot which is very helpful in hearing the structure of the fugue. The texture is well designed, with parts frequently dropping out so that it becomes especially meaningful to the listener when a voice comes back. A litte bit less conversation of the soggetto and a litte bit more episodic action could increase variety in the piece if so desired. Thanks for sharing!
