This is probably my favorite piece. The name is pretty self-explanatory. It's written for wind quintet, and ironically after I wrote this, we were hit with a major storm and EF4 tornado... weird. It starts with happy drops falling to the Earth. Soon, Thunder and lightening strike. After the storm, the birds sing a melody as the freshly fallen rain drips from the trees.
April Shower
This was inspired by JS Bach's Toccata and Fugue in d min. I love how the fugue is bouncy and fun, yet has a serious--almost melancholy--tone, and I was really trying to bring that out in this one. It is written for brass quintet.
Tempest
So, I'm not really sure what to call this.. I called it Fugue and Chorale because it reflects both, but I'm not really sure if it fits the definitions... oh, well. It's still good music anyway. It's written for double Quintet. (brass and woodwind.) Sorry, I lost the score. :(
Fugue and Chorale
This is a Suite that I wrote for a friend's birthday. It's written for wind ensemble (two flutes, two oboes, two clarinets, bass clarinet, bassoon, contrabassoon, horn in F, and contrabass).
