  1. Here you go friends. Jeppe Adagio und Fuge in c-moll.mid Adagio und Fuge in g-Moll.mid
  2. Ciao Messieurs et Madames, Here a sonata for solo cello - you only get the raw music, but when I performed it with a world class cellist he of course broke all the chords, and played it wonderfully. I had great applause and many good responses for it. The first and third movements are devils to play. Jeppe Solo cello 1).mid Sostenuto.mid Prestissimo.mid
  3. I felt the need to upload this work for violin, two violas and cello on this forum, since I find it of superior quality to many of my other works. It has indeed been a long time since I last updated anything here, because I have been busy composing here on the castle in Salzburg, where I moved just two months ago. You are always welcome to check my website in English: Giacomo Testarossa | Jeppe Jacobsen Thank you! 4. Hey everybody! Three Berlin Philharmonics just recorded my piece in Bb for two clarinets and basoon; listen to the WMA-files.
  5. I am pleased you liked it :D It works really well at concerts, but it is rater short. How did you like the fugue-sonata in g-minor?
  6. Fellow Composers! On my site Giacomo Testarossa you will be able to listen to many of my works, and send me an email or a letter. I am 19 years old, and every sincere letter containing questions will be answered as soon as possible. Greetings Giacomo
  7. The last reworking of the first movement. After comments from Ernst Ludwig Leitner, Professor at the Mozarteum University in Salzburg, where I will be studying in the future. Divertimento, 1) Allegro con brio.mid
  8. The second movement, Menuetto. Enjoy! Divertimento, 2) Menuetto.mid
  9. I have been busy, and have recently aquired a 13 (the highest grade in Denmark, equalling roughly A++) in my Religion class. Here is, however, the revised 1st movement, rearranged to fix minor details and suit the sonata form completely. I have finally decided to set the piece in bflat-major, for two clarinets and a basoon. I also composed several alternate sequences, but decided ind the end to keep all minor elements out of the development to keep lightness and fit the divertimento genre. After all, it is an entertainment piece. To those who enjoy my music; Giacomo Testarossa or Jacob the Redhead PS: The music is best heard accompanied by a glass of chilled white wine under influence of which it was composed  Divertimento, 1) Allegro con brio.mid
  10. This is a movement for my planned divertimenti for three winds, a basson and two solo instruments. It could be clarinets or oboes, but here I have written for two alto recorders (I do not know if you call them recorders, it sounds strange to me - Italian: Flauto Traverso | French: Traversiere | German: Blockfl Trio-2.mid
  11. A few pieces from my portfolio. 1) An ouverture for two pianofortes, for closing a concert. 2) A song (Lied) to a text by an Austrian poet. 3) A fugue exposition for four hands. 4) The first movement from my sonata for violin and piano. 5) An ouverture for strings, and then the beginning of a cavantina. The male voice is heard as the basoon - the cavantina ends suddenly, because no decent libretto was at hand. 2klaverer.mid Eine sehr gew Fri Fuga for Fire H Sonate for Violin og Klaver.mid Ouverture2.mid
  12. Thank you very much! #Qccowboy: The range fits, but i wrote it one octave above to make it work on a picollo flute.
  13. The reason is that your ear forces you to do so. Baroque can be moving and ingenious, as can renaissance and romantic music, but no music more pleases the ear than classical music, Mozart most of all. Those who disagree are either deaf or lying.
  14. First of all, your piece is very interesting, keep up the good work, I have NO comments. It is as it should be; sufficient lenght and style, and imagination. It is beautifully composed. You can always extend the ending, making it stop gradually. Frescobaldi's passacaglias in his "Fiori Musicali" are excellent, study them for further ideas. You succeeded, friend. Compose more. You are talented. Your composition sounds excactly like my improvisation in church. God bless
