  1. I would also like to beta test but alas I also use a Mac.Book Pro
  2. I have tried a lot of apps (most) from the app store and the older version of Reflow is still my pick for notation on the go. The only thing I wish it had was realtime recording. I use Symphony Pro for that and Multitrack studio for iPad and Mac. But no iPod/iPhone. It does have a score editor, but as I said Reflow has it for me as it is on iPad,iPod/iPhone and Mac there is a new version but I prefer the old version. Well that's my review. Tried to upload an image but no luck.
  3. I have been busy trying to learn Logic 9 lately and have not been on this forum much. I do come by to read posts. I am more of a reader than a poster. So I guess that's why I was moved to inactive status so I'm posting this to get back to active status. Thanks Learning the score editor, in Logic. I compose mostly for my songwriting band which is me. My music is here: Music mp3s and here:http://www.youtube.com/user/uncle808us Thanks
  4. I use a combination of real time entry and entering notes into the score in Logic. Lots of ways of skinning that cat. Piano roll for percussion tracks, but also staff entry as I said step entry as well as real time entry.
  5. I have switched to Logic 9 Pro. Due to Harmony Assistant's failure to be able to record in real time via midi (it will record but I can not monitor in real time what is being played. ) After some study I can use the score editor in Logic 9 as well as I could in Harmony. Plus it is loaded with Orchestra voices (fonts) as well as being a very good DAW. for producing. To be fair I did have to buy Extra Orchestra Voices via jam packs included in MainStage which cost $29.00 it had all the jam packs for Garageband and Logic. Which includes Symphony voices. Ok let the insults fly. ;)
  6. Kind of rough on a new guy, I was only asking if you or others knew of this software as compared to Logic 9's score editor. And by the way I just lost my Little sister who was retarded and she could not have used the Harmony software. Sorry if my post upset you. jeeze.
