Hey friends, Looking for any good books or documents/pages (pdf's, etc.) that might talk a little about writing tone poem or program music. Yes, there are hundreds and hundreds of composition books, but I'm just looking for some insight specifically on those mid-range pieces of music (too short to be a symphony, too long to be a "pop hit"). Elements, style, things to consider, inspiration. All or any of those topics. Thanks for any feedback.
