  1. Thank you so much @PeterthePapercomPoser and @SwiggitySwewgity for taking the time to reply. I'm really happy you guys liked it. I was definitely going for the type of atmosphere you described. The song is also about the feeling of isolation, emptiness and nostalgia one can feel when missing someone. Thanks again for your comments! I can dm the lyrics if you are interested. 😉
  2. Hi guys! Here's a pop song I made a couple of months ago. I'd love to know what you think. I've made everything and recorded everything myself. It's not perfect by any mean but, hopefully, it's good enough for you guys to enjoy. Thank you so much if you took the time to give it a listen. I really appreciate it. Have a great day!
  3. Thank you so much, Darren. I'm glad you liked them. I like those pieces too. :)
  4. Hi guys, How are you doing? I wrote those two short piano pieces and wanted to know what you think. 😉 I hope you’ll enjoy them. Thank you very much for taking the time to listen and maybe comment. https://soundcloud.com/j-r-mie-lhomme/op-6-farewell https://soundcloud.com/j-r-mie-lhomme/op-7-n1 Cheers,
  5. Have you tried playing it on a real piano? The infinite pedale might become pretty messy, I think. Also, if you don't want to add any notes to the piece, why don't you try to voice some notes from your chords to create a melody line?
  6. Nice work! The chord at 0:34 and 0:53 threw me off a bit. I feel like they could have been a bit more "emotional" and it could have helped building toward a climax. Maybe it's not at all what you wanted, though. Anyway, nice piece and very well played.
  7. @ilv Thank you for taking the time to comment. "Inappropriate" is a bit of a strong word. Music isn't only rules your learned in school. Let's just say that YOUR ear was expecting something else and, that is indeed worth noting. Thank you!
  8. @ilv Thank you for your comment. :)
  9. @Rabbival507 That makes me really happy thank you! :) Send me an email and I will send you the sheet music! jeremie.8opus@gmail.com
  10. @Willibald Thank you very much! :) It's pretty much what I was going for! ;)
  11. Hey! I'm back with another piano piece. The original idea was the loss of a loved one. Please, share it with your friends if you like it. :) https://soundcloud.com/j-r-mie-lhomme/impromptu-in-f-minor-well-meet-again Have a great day! Jérémie Lhomme
  12. @Monarcheon Thank you so much for being so specific. I'll write this down. ;) I'm glad that you enjoyed it!
  13. Hey! It's a pretty short improvisation but I hope you will get a kick out of it anyway. ;) https://youtu.be/zZMdt0NM6iA Have a good day! Thank you for watching! :)
  14. @ilv duly noted! Thank you for your time!
  15. @Monarcheon Thank you! hmmm Romantic waltzes are not always meant to be danced to. I am thinking of the minute waltz for exemple. I'm really glad you feel that way! I'm taking note about your feelings toward the tempo fluctuations. The minor 13th hurt your ears? Thanks again for taking the time to listen and comment ;)
