Hello all,
I'm a student at a university in Colorado studying percussion performance. I'm planning on playing an original composition on my senior recital that involves both players(myself and a saxophonist) getting stung by a scorpion on the foot while trying to play. He and I understand the risks of performing such a piece, but I'm concerned that the university could be liable if any freak scorpion accident occurs. Should I go through with performing the piece, and should I take any special action?
Thanks!
