  1. Oh yeah! I saw this etude earlier while I was scrolling through your profile. It does seem similar to Chopin's style. I'm really catching onto the chromatics. Just listening to the first second of the piece reminds me of the ocean etude. Nice!
  2. Thank you so much for spotting that in measure 66! I'm really new to notation so I'm not very clear with this stuff. 😀
  3. Wow, that is really cool. Thanks for sharing that with me! I will be sure to check out that library because I usually record on the grand piano but I also have a electric piano which can use sound libraries.
  4. Oh no problem! Yeah, I guess there are different tastes. Now that you mention it, you did make a great decision when you took out the high notes there. It gave the piece a darker mood which is what you were going for and what I also personally like. Honestly, I'm still learning composition so it's really cool to talk to an actually good composer like you. Also, how do you position your microphone when you are recording? I'm just wondering because it sounds quite professional.
  5. So I just composed my first piece and I would be very grateful to receive feedback. Please don't mind the mistakes in the recording. (I literally recorded the piece right after I composed it so please cut me some slack) Also, I feel that I did something wrong in the sheet music. Please let me know I didn't do it right. Thank you.
  6. Hey this really sounds like Mozart or something. It's nice! Around 30 seconds, I think the transition could be a bit smoother. I really like the diminished chords following that though!😀
