Hi guys! Heres another post! Now, I do kind of know what a harmony is, but I would like some more info on them??? What I have now is, when you have a note that is in a chord, so you place another note of that same chord under or above your base note. Can I have any more info?

hello!!!!!! i'm trying to make a jungle song, and i don't mean DNB, (drum 'N' bass,) I'm trying to find out what instruments I should use to make a thing that sounds like a jungle leven in a VIDEO GAME!!!!!!!!!! so, what instruments should i use? i have got bongo's and flute as an idea, but what else? also, is there a tempo i should use that would help? and what type of melodies? also do i need specific time signatures? (i fuckin' hope not O_O P-P)

Its just that there are instruments I'd need to use to make specific songs, like for beach songs, they'd need steel drums.

@quinn I started composing in december of last year, I use LMMS, I do play piano, but I don't have a proper keyboard to hook up to my computer, I DO mean that I don't have any orchestra sounds, and I've done no research on music game sound. 😕

So, I'm trying to make a video game snow theme styled thing. Any ideas on what instruments I should use? I know that Piano would be one, and theres some type of Shaker-sounding thing, and also orchestra could be used too, but I can't do orchestra because I don't have it.
