  1. Theme and First Variation. I will post additional variations as they come. This a traditional Welsh theme. Finale Score (not pdf) mp3
  2. I would love comments on the MUSIC please. (Also, I would post a score, but I can't convert to .pdf.
  3. Well, this opus consists of two pieces, both of which feature the flute and the piano. The first is VERY short, while the second is a bit longer. Here's the link: Aaron Morrison's Soundclick Page (River Sketch, op. 7, nr. 1 Prelude Andante, op. 7, nr. 2)
  4. This is a nice little piece, yet, no piano. Be careful of where you post your topics.
  5. I enjoyed this very much. (VERY much.) Like another alchemynut said, it sounds relative to a carnival. Be sure to check out my suite, Memories of an Asylum.
  6. Thank you for your comments. A little info: My main inspiration for 'Amnesia' came from John William's 'Theme from Schindler's List'. Some inspiration for 'Paranoia; Final Visiting Hours' came from Liszt's Sonata in B minor. Feel free, anyone, to comment!
  7. Please, I am longing for comments!
  8. Please, I would love more comments!
  9. Well, thank you, and I'm very glad you like it. This suite is dedicated to someone named Roberto Dellavalle, who taught me thoroughly about Modern Music. In return to his teachings, (which were all by email) I wrote and dedicated a very modern piano suite to him. I got the idea of 'Memories of an Asylum' from the fact that, if in music, an asylum strikes me as very dissonant. So, since I already had the intentions of making this a very dissonant work, I plugged that in, with 4 different mental illnesses.
  10. My four-part piano suite can be found on my soundclick website, which is below. [ Part I: The Taphophile Part II: The Schizophrenic Part III: Amnesia Part IV: Paranoia; Final Visiting Hours ] soundclick website: SoundClick MP3: Aaron Morrison - Band page with free MP3 music downloads on SoundClick (Also, there is a very short piano and flute piece posted if you would be interested)
  11. I've decided to write and dedicate a very -modern- style suite with a very minor background to a friend of mine named Roberto Dellavalle. He has always been fond of my more modern-sounding work, so I'm writing and dedicating a suite to him which fits his liking. I will again post when I have it written, and I may post it in sections. The first part of the suite is called "The Taphophile" which describes a man who is obsessed with funerals and gravestones. (Which is where the term "Taphophile" Comes from). I will also entitle the other parts in a since of asylum patients. (ex: The Schizophrenic). Thank you, and since I am working on other things as well, it may take some time before I send in the suite. But be assured, I will post it as soon as time permits. Thanks.
  12. Yes, this is very nice. I enjoy it very much.
  13. You might have noticed that I wrote in a fugue style at one point. Directly after that style, I refered back to the begining mood, yet with variants.
  14. Here is my latest piece, my Rhapsody in F minor, op. 4. I hope you enjoy it! Sound Click Link: SoundClick MP3: Aaron Morrison - Band page with free MP3 music downloads on SoundClick
