Hello guys, a little question, please.
In the UK, for composers who don't perform their own music, but have their music performed by artists in concert.
The composer will get royalties from the MCPS or PRS for music, right ?
But do you know if the composer also gets paid by the venue/concert organizer for performance rights, directly ?
In other words does the composer have two distinct sources of income (paid by PRS for music/MCPS AND by the venue concert) ?
And does he have to sign a contract with the venue/concert organizer ?
