  2. Hi guys, just wondering if anyone has any info on Sampler Libraries (I use EXS24) for Orchestral FX's like String gliss, harmonics or any FX's. I have all the VSL, Siedlazcky and Miroslav. I'm writing for film and I need more of a Orchestral "tricks". Thanks.
  3. Hi there, just wondering if anyone has any recommendation on the steps to take to convert a logic 7 session into a midi file (I kind of have few like quantize, merge regions, names, etc.) and then also what settings to put when importing a midid file in sibelius, sometimes works but normally sibelius score is a bit of a mess. Any suggestions?

I know he bases his ideas a lot on traditional old folk roots (lots of parallels) and also the use of orchestration helps to bring his ideas even more intrincating. What's your opinion on this approach to harmony? Also use a lot by film composers like Harry Gregson Williams, John Williams (I should change my surname to Williams too see if it helps!) and Joseph Loduca. I just would love to see what people have to say about it. Thanks.

Normally the more instruments and the better spacing and choice of intervals the "bigger" the effect. But also experimenting sometimes (specially with sampler instruments) you can find clever ways to make it sound loud (if that
