  10. This piece caused such a uproar at its premier from the public becasue of its difference in style. It deserves great recognition. It tells the story of a set of tribal dances which ends in death and was written for a ballet. Go to this site to explore the score and stor behind this masterpiece San Francisco Symphony | Keeping Score: Revolutions in Music click on the Stravinsky link thankyou ;)
  11. Hey, who is your favorite composer?-- from any genre of music, and reason why... My favorite is Stravinsky becasue I love the imaginative dramatic melodies and ideas which he bundles together to form the most amazing pieces. Favorite piece: The Rite of Spring :o
