  1. Hey, I'm wondering how to get my YC profile deleted from the old wiki here: http://wiki.youngcomposers.com/Profile:Daniel_Belland If it could get deleted, that would be great. Thanks! Daniel
  2. Done. :) Thanks for checking out!
  3. A short prelude in ABA form. I was inspired by the preludes of Rachmaninoff and Scriabin, and how they could fit so much music into a short prelude, and how perfectly they could develop a musical idea. This was my attempt. Let me know what you think, and also if there are any notational errors that you can see. Thanks!Prelude Prelude
  4. Jennifer Higdon- Percussion Concerto
  5. Why? Mood. Colour. Interest. Why not?
  6. No kidding! I LOVED it. It's completely funky, and I really loved your harmonic language.
  7. Hmm, I like this a lot. I hope you finish it.
  8. Ooh, I just received my upgrade today and am playing with it. I like it. A lot.
  9. I just ordered the upgrade! Looking forward to it, should be great!
  10. I'm ordering the upgrade as soon as I can. It looks fantastic, especially the Magnetic spacing.. Looks amazing.
  11. Yeah, its pretty wild. Terrifying is a good word for it.
  12. Berio's Sequenzas are LOL WUT for me. But I love them anyway.
  13. If only we could all compose like you, Lee. :) Really, this is an excellent piece (but you knew that already). The first movement was my favourite, and I thought the relationship between the instruments was just perfect. I didn't think that the flute part was overused, but then, I'm a flutist, so I may be a bit biased. I'm going to have to look at the score more closely, because I expect there is a lot I can learn from this. Seriously, this needs a recording. *wishes that he knew a violinist and a 'cellist* Anyway, thanks for posting (and reposting).
