  1. Hello folks, I haven't posted anything since september, but I'd like some opinions on my latest piece - it's a theme and variations for a classical orchestra. Constructive criticism would be great since this is important coursework! Enjoy, and if you get bored, then go to the last bit (3:50 or so) cause it's the best bit in my opinion. variations.sib variations.mid
  2. Yo Stefan. I go to Maiden Erlegh. What about you (if you are at school)? I just downloaded that Faithless song and you're right, the tune is pretty similar... hmph! I hadn't heard it before though... so does it still count as mine? :) And which 'funny modulation' were you talking about? And cavatina, I don't play games with decent music so nope I wasn't influenced by it.
  3. Here are two more. The first, 'Duano', I wrote earlier this week. and the second, 'Theme', I wrote a few months ago and discovered the other day on my old hard disc. Enjoy. Theme.sib Duano.sib Theme.mid Duano.mid
  4. Yes, I'm doing A level music at school. The two I did for school were 'Twinkle Twinkle' and 'Powerful Stranger'. The task for the former was to take a well-known tune and arrange parts for the rest of the class, and the latter was just to write a song, which I don't like doing heh. And yes, they're all my original compositions. Thanks for the feedback.
  5. Hello there. I'm Rob, 16, and I'm a violinist / self-taught pianist from England. Here are three of my compositions. The first two are school assignments and the third is something I did this morning for fun. Comments would be appreciated  twinkletwinkle.sib A_minor.sib A_minor.mid twinkletwinkle.mid
