I think in should all be pizzicato, but It might be difficult to do that fast. However, it could be done with a plectrum, which could be quite a cool thing to specify on the score. Also, I think the last note (played by the double bass) should be played by the solo cello pizzicato.

The double stopping is quite simple. The "A" is an open string, so it can all be done in first position, and only requires one fretted finger. I'm not sure i like the tritone between the tritone between the Eb and A in bar 33 etc, but I wanted to keep the dominant pedal note going all the way through, although, at this point, it is in F major, so it's technically not a dominant pedal note. Anythoughts?

It's not strictly a canon because of the A# in bar 23. It sounds petty, but one of the challenges of canon is modulation, and you have cheated a bit. But otherwise, it is very nice.
