  1. Hmm.. After Mozart's birthday, we listened to some of his music in class and I decided to improve my own after so many years. That is when I 'googled' this on the internet=)
  2. I guess it's ok, but without music and unbalanced syllables round 1: 5,7,5,5,10 round 2: 6,6,5,9,9 round 3: 6,9,6,6,7,8,6,6,6,9 chorus:7,2,8,2,5,3,6,4 I guess in round 3, you meant to put a chorus after the fifth line.. but I'm not sure. Analyzing it, this is all I can say: Form: AB CB DB (or simplified, ABC), if sections A C and D use the same notation. Anyways, final point is: without music, it's a chant. Make music first and then put in lyrics (since it's harder to put music in lyrics than making lyrics from music)
  3. Hi all, http://media.putfile.com/compos54 -12.9mb, 1:04 May someone give some feedback on this? This link has my composition. The composition itself is longer, but it basically repeats the same thing in another octave. In the video, the first part ends where I want to add something (end of 'B' section). Following are three alternative methods of playing the piece, which basically plays with the left hand part. Technical: Bb-C-D-Eb-F-G-A-Bb A- B-flat major. B- Parralel minor (same thing as Bb major, except key starts at D) Hope to use G melod minor (starts on G, retains flats) I can give the essential chord progression if necessary Thanks! Dennis Note: I'm sorry that the music is in avi format and the quality is bad. I can't work midi-notations and the only thing I have is a webcam
