  1. I am searching for years now this famous suspense cue I attached to this topic. listen to it and tell me from where is that. I know it comes from different places, but who composed that at first? And does anyone know more of these kind of suspense cues? Thanks a lot. suspense1.mp3
  2. I think that is just name of some submarine: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Typhoon_class_submarine#TK_20_Severstal But, if it's a movie or something made in 1989?, then where can I find it? I watched the end credits of the documentary regarding this youtube documentary video, but it doesn't state the musical contributions. Ah man, this is getting harder and harder to find. I hope I find some clue before 2012 ;)
  3. Thanks, but what does "stock film music" mean?
  4. song starts at 21 seconds, what is it? Please, searching that one for years now, I found the first. Thanks.
  5. Yes, I understand your point of views, you are correct. As long as technology evolves and as long as it`s possible to alter at least one element of music, then the possibilities of music ideas are basically endless.
  6. I was just wondering the following, yet interesting, problem: At some point of life (if not now or soon), no matter what a composer composes, it will be already composed by some other composer before OR contain VERY similar style/composition elements. So, what do you think? Is there such a time that that will happen? I, logically, think so.
  7. Wow, thanks man! But, I don't understand much about your "emulating" word? You mean like re-creating the real instruments? and what are "woodblocks"?
  8. Listen to this: KAIBA hacker JD 9M13.mp3 and tell me the instruments used. I know it sounds like a synthesizer, but what sort of instrumentation do you think is used here, I am looking for the sound of the strings, really interesting. Anyway, thanks in advance!
  9. Hey there, calm down girl. I didn't say to search for me, I just said if you know some in your head right now to tell me. Anyway, I guess I will "search".
  10. NOTE: If this is not the correct category/forum, please move it! Thanks! Hi, I am searching for some drama music, but it has to be in the genres: Classical, Orchestral or/and Symphonic. Even modern orchestral music would do, but I am searching something dramatic with strings and maybe a piano. Give me some links/samples/osts to listen. Thanks a lot!
  11. Clint Mansell - Lux Aeterna: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CjWHlKAsBNA That song was part of the movie called "Requiem for a Dream". Since it comes from a movie, is it a film score (orchestral) genre or simply classical genre? What do you think? Thanks.
  12. Located here: The first song and maybe the 2nd too, but mainly the first. Anybody knows what it is? Thanks a lot! :)
  13. WHAT??? LOL, can you explain more your input? Thanks!
  14. Hmm thanks, but it sounds amplified with something else...
