Hey brother, try Muse Score. Its a multi-platform Open License Notation composer. I've been using it since my trial offer of Mozart Notate expired. Muse Scores website is MuseScore | Free music composition & notation software and they offer a free download. I have run into some bugs, but hopefully they will get them fixed sooner or later (probably later, right?) Also if you wikipedia (apparently thats a verb now!) "List of Scorewriters" it will show you about a dozen or so that may help you out. Let me know if you need help with this 'cause I could just email you the installer for it also. Laattteerrr!
