Hi, I just wanted to ask if anyone could explain Substitutes and Regions as well as Transformations. I've read it numerous times but I'm completely lost. I've never read anything like this before and cant find any other information regarding this online. I know I'm asking alot here, so any attempt at answering will be very gratefully received.
