  1. I love your avatar. Actually when ever I am having a hard time in anything I always go and read my calvin and hobbes books. They help remind me have fun, and stay imaginative. Usually when I have a hard time composing I go for the brute for method as well. I try to get something down, could be a few measures or even as little as one note. Then I come back the next day or later and check to see if it is anything worth keeping.
  2. Just to update on this I tried printing it out straight from finale and the staves are so small that they are just unusable.
  3. I had a couple books that I picked up at borders book store like that. Here is a picture
  4. Hm, good point. Well I'm dumb for not seeing that in the first place ha. Thanks for the idea.
  5. Sorry if this is in the wrong place but I couldn't really find a forum that I thought fit this so I just put it here. Anyone have any idea here I can find blank orchestra sheet music? I found one site where I could print it but the lines are way to small. Anyone know of any sites that sell blank orchestra sheet music or maybe know of what kind of shops might sell it? I have finale but I like the feeling of hand writing out my music better. I have some blank sheet music books but they don't have enough staves for all the orchestral instruments. Thanks in advance for any help.
  6. What kind of metal tone are you looking for? Some styles of metal lend themselves towards different tones more than other. Just give me a little out line of what you are looking for like maybe "I want a deep chugging sound with a smooth lead tone" or "I want a harsh tone."
