  1. I stumbled upon it. http://www.stumbleupon.com/
  2. They both don't sound like piano songs, but yes they are pretty good! They both use a lot of classic riffs in them... but who cares! The 98% of people in the world have no idea that your using them. :P. I like the ending of I don't know, wooo vamp that scraggy!
  3. This is a short piece again The_birds_and_the_bees.mid

It's very cryptic... much like all your works that I have heard. How do you write in such a free form way? It lacks structure, I enjoyed a short tale much more.
  6. Is it that bad?! :P I guess I know nothing about classical music; I better stick to rock.
  7. Check out my newest work. It's short again... but I think it's more of a complete idea this time. It's in 4/4 and it is predictable if you can hear what I can hear. I wish I knew how to do slides in midi, I'd be sliding those violins all over the place. Any input would be appreciated :P. The_never_ending_sadness_of_a_violin.mid
  8. I feel like I should be high when I listen to this. I do think it is a strange work of tension. I like how it gets jazzy then gets all crazy and scraggy. I like it... just in a strange way that I can't really describe. I love music, it lets us look into the minds of other people. Music can only move two ways... up or down... it's different for each person. Hearing this I feel like I know you or somthing. Edit--- Ya, i'm dyslexic.

It sounds out of key at many parts... I can hear a good melody some where in there. I say get rid of one violin and add a cello to accompany the melody. After the climax part, just when I think it
  10. Sorry sorry, I didn't mean to lash back at you! I did take your comments into concideration and I thank you for them. By giving more time to composing, is that what you meant by devolpment and theme? Because I think I have a vague understanding of development; and I really don't know what theme is. When I think of theme I think of film or a play... not music.
  11. I'm not going to lie and say it took me a day to write this piece... because it didn
  12. Since no one listens to anything but Midi on here, I decided to make a midi song! 1. Techniques used My ears. 2. How long it took to compose the piece 7-8 Minutes. 3. Structure of your piece The only structure I can think of is I have one trumpet going back an fourth from A to C. Everything else is just moving around those two notes. 4. Obstacles when composing There were none, this one came out pretty nice. 5. Summary of overall piece I would love to hear real musicians play this. A_Fanfare.mid
  13. Hello everyone! Check out my works here. I have only three songs up there right now. Please tell me what you think! Edit-- Thanks for pointing that out.
