  1. Considering that this piece was your 1st full composition - i should say it really good I would just add some comments from my own perception. It would be good to see a more developped subject matter in a sonata, otherwise it reminds more of an etude. I really liked the place where a shift of accents occurs (times 9-12). Ans also at the very end there's a too sudden "fading", after such a tense movement. A continuation is begging to follow) Maybe the 2nd and 3rd parts are goin to come out?
  2. Yes, good point there! And,thanks for constructive review :)
  3. by the way, why such a name for the piece?
  4. At first sight music seems to be very simple, but still pleasant. On the one hand, the piece is just a background for something else, but on the other hand, sometimes I get tired of that piling up of sounds and harmonies in modern avant-garde works. The work brings in sad and melancholic thoughts.. Listening to this peice I imagine myself sitting by the window and looking at the rain.. I guess this kind of music could be used in some romantic movie.
  5. I just thought that it could have been a nice idea for developing some new kind of software to make it more interactive, especially for children who are just beginnig to study music notation. http://www.diretodoforno.com.br/zko-roller-coaster/ I found a sheet music rollercoaster a cute thing to do :) No? What du think?
  6. Indeed, the piece fairly reminds of a nocturne. Probably there is nothing supernew in the harmony and melody, but it’s all very logical and clear in times of musical form. And despite the fast tempo and the unceasing movement of the sixteenths, dynamic character and moll, the piece turned out to be very positive and bright. I would definitely include it into my repertoire =)
  7. So am I..
  8. my nephew got curious in Sib i had on the desktop - he 'kind of' composed something and then said proudly 'look, im a musician too now!' - and then i came across this topic :)
  9. @Magna Carta --> :thumbsup: , really)
  10. Good point there :) Music is intended to influences the spiritual constituent, not mind. So if the aliens have it at all - they would definitely be touched by Bach.) P.S. Lol'd at this part: "What about Lady Gaga?" a member of the audience asked, referring to the American pop singer. "I won't even go there," Schwob replied.
  11. Dorian. period. :)
  12. a true composer shouldn't be greedy for good pieces, heh.
