  1. Seems I'm back for a bit. Music is still sounding really good around here. Nice work everyone.

    Sky Blue

Hey J this is really nice. Kind of trippy with the guitar riffs but what stands out more. I get that feeling of looking into an azure blue sky. When it hits the minute mark, makes me start thinking of a floating city or something oddly. When the progression kicks in, it really sets in well with the guitar. It's really good there. The bells and squares you got going midway through are really sweet, and how you pulled out the guitar for the other points was great. And finally I agree the climax really brings it all together. Really nice job with this. If I had any complaints it'd be some parts seemed to dragged out but then it all just fell in and you can follow and kind of see where it's heading and such. Again though great job really gives you that in the air feeling overall.
  3. It's been a while. But yet another electric tune from me. This is to play in an intro stage and more a theme song in a way as you bash your way through feilds of foes to reach a goal. The view is, you're an ailen kid down on the great blue Earth to defend it against a rouge force of bad guys who well plan to do some bad things around. Distant Blue World
  4. I had revamped this again and again, may not be done yet either. But this is for a forest area in saga 3 of my series which host a character named Forest Dancer (Maple Rose) lush and full of flowers as well as butter flies and anything well what would make a nature area full of nature heh. Nothing much else to say really. Vally of Nature
  5. Love the bell works and piano with this, a bit too repetitive in areas but it's pretty good for something made up off the dot. Nice work.
  6. I hate moths, this song really kicks up that feeling. It's just getting closer and you just want to smash it. Then it picks up and you find hey it's just exploring and soon after you find it's laid eggs and now it's basically invading more lol. Aside that, nice use of the trumpets and violins doesn't get stale and carries a very dynamic hit with things. Nice work again.
  7. I love the guitar in this. I think you captured the feel of flowing snow fields perfectly as well. The guitar and effects you added flow really well together too. Love this style with them.
  8. Thanks a lot^^ glad you enjoyed it aside the little timing of things there I've made some revamps of this music hopefully fixing some things in areas. Names are temporary as yes I may be renaming them heh. Blast of Snow (fixed drums and mixed around points) http://dl.dropbox.com/u/9308843/ER%20-%20Blast%20of%20Snow.mp3 Blast of Blizzard (Boss variation) - (Added distant like bells and a lot of other things and added an extra verse) http://dl.dropbox.com/u/9308843/ER%20-%20Blast%20of%20Blizzard.mp3
  9. Defiantly feels like a snow filled song. I'm not really sure where this could fit, but I could see it showing up in like a commercial or one of those holiday classics in areas. Keep at it, this is really nice! For where to go. Maybe a dynamic point, then slowing it down for like a quiet point or so, I dunno, all I do know is if you have to just rest on it a bit. It'll hit ya, and so far this is really turning out nice.^^
  10. These are really amazing, I can really visualize Leviathan it's almost as if your starring the creature dead on or something. The other points in some of them give you that feel of being under water. With Rapture I feel coming out of the water the sun shining into the ocean as you're watching sea life swimming by you. Heh I'd get more into detail or could go on and on, but these are some seriously nice pieces. The sound really carries over and as said before if you got the mind you can really feel that you're in these places. I like Leviathan, rapture and Neptune's Wrath best though. Neptunes oddly gives you that feel of a waging battle or something heh I dunno, nice work overall though. You should really contact someone about this, it'd make good movie or vid material.
  11. Hey thanks a lot, glad you enjoyed it^^! Hmm the title? Well it's more for a snow place, so I can't do much about that unless I get it in mind to find something else that will work for it. I'll think about it. And yeah my music does come off sounding like it's from like Mario, sonic or even mega man at times heh. Glad you like the drums and such with it though, yeah it all fell together well.
  12. Thanks a lot^^ alright I'll work at it then. The site seems like it'll help me out greatly! And I'll work around the drums make them sound less repetitive and such and I'll look into making a more boomy sounding bass. I agree that could really punch up the flavor in areas, and turn down the volume a bit heh. Glad you liked my breakdown some though, but with practice it'll come out even better. lol thus more work on this tune begins.

Whoa this is spooky, nice atmosphere, defiantly feels like an unfinished documentary.
  14. Hey thanks a lot, this really helped me heh, that's a nice tune by the way. Still have yet to play that game. But this is something I threw together of the new take of it. Carries a piano variation which after wraps back to the main course again, though heh who knows when I'll really be done with this song. You guys can check it out here. I've also upped the drums and changed up some instruments. Mystic Sea v2 http://dl.dropbox.com/u/9308843/ER%202%20-%20Mystic%20sea.mp3
  15. Hmm that link isn't working, but I have been thinking of adding some new points to this now, a piano sounds really good now. And thanks I'm glad it sounds like something out of Mega Man, that happens to be one of my all time favorite game series. Also glad you got the mystical feel too. And yeah sadly the arpeggiator like sounds were a preset I used, but to get it to work out that way and sound as it did, took some tuning and such. So I guess it's half work on my side heh. But no worries I see now that perhaps this song requires some extra tweaks here and there as perhaps an extra verse which brings out the main melody pretty well or something that flows back into it, to make it feel more connected as to say. If you get that link working I'd be happy to check that out as an example.^^ I've made so many retakes of this song so, any new things to make it sound even better are welcomed, I just don't want it going too out there lol
