Munichg Posted August 21, 2007 Posted August 21, 2007 Hello, I've recorded myself playing my guitar arrangement of some Irish tunes and would love to have some feedback. This is my first post, this looks like a great forum! Thanks for any and all replies. www.musicinmunich.blogspot.com/2007/07/my-guitar-arrangement-of-some-irish.html Gabe Quote
Abracadabra Posted August 21, 2007 Posted August 21, 2007 I'm interested in accoustical guitar music, and even though I'm on dial-up I was going to see if I could download the mp3 files. However, since this is a full video it's totally beyond my technological capabilities to view. I'll have to pass. Edited to ask: Can you post a PDF of the score, and/or a midi file to share the actual music? Quote
oboehazzard Posted August 21, 2007 Posted August 21, 2007 That made me want to jig. I think that you should write it out. And sell it. Which 'tunes' did you use by the way? Quote
Munichg Posted August 21, 2007 Author Posted August 21, 2007 That was the Leitrim Jig and A Fig for a Kiss. Thanks for the feedback! How do you mean, write it out and sell it? Who would buy it?:shifty: Quote
Will Kirk Posted August 21, 2007 Posted August 21, 2007 Not bad at all, I quite enjoyed it Only thing is (and this is coming from a fellow guitarist) try to vary your timbres a little bit, this would add alot more color to the arrangement and make it more harmonically interesting Good job! Quote

Who would buy it?:shifty: Not me. But if someone would buy the sheet music to Sexy Back, then I wouldn't be surprised if this were a best seller. Quote
