Uploading music

Okay, sorry, this is my second thread today about things I don't yet know how to do. This time I have no idea how to upload music either on a sound file or as an image. If someone could please help me with this it would be much appreciated.

and while we're on the topic of things I don't know how to do. Can I delete a thread I created if I no longer need it and how?

To upload music: click Post Reply, then Manage Attachments (below the box used to enter your message). The rest should be self-explanatory.

Only staff may delete threads. Message/page me if you would like a thread of yours deleted.

How about banning people from posing until they confirm that they have read the welcome thread which explains how to do these kind of things?

Nice, thanks. For your information I did read it. I'm new around here and I was still trying to find my way around.

Or make a quiz on the rules with like 10 or 20 questions and you have to get 85% or something.

But the welcome page describes exactly how to upload music, or at least it did when I last checked it, so you can't have read it that thoroughly.

We didn't have a welcome thread back then, and the majority of things I worked out myself, using that rare gift of common sense ;)

Hmm... I'm quite new, and I don't remember seeing any such tutorials/instructions.... they weren't obvious, anyways. I do have a fair amount of computer literacy so to speak, so it wasn't a problem for me.

Common sense? Let's use a little common sense here. I'm brand new and I want to know how to upload music. My common sense would tell me that there would be a seperate page created just for that purpose, either in a tab or on my profile. There is none is sight. Where do I go from there? I figure, why not ask somebody? It will save me the trouble of having to navigate through the site blind and without guidance and it will be a very small trouble to the person who, purely out of the goodness of his or her hearts would answer. Sounds sensible to me.
