Keeping one's name hidden in polls?

In my recent poll, I've allowed public viewing, and although ten votes have been recorded, only nine of them have names attached to them. Who voted for Strauss's Capriccio? Can one opt to have one's name hidden? (If one can, I apologize for my not being up-to-date).

That would be a vote from a user whose account has since been deleted.
