Mike Posted January 5, 2008 Posted January 5, 2008 Messages older than one week will no longer be automatically cleared out of your inbox/outbox. This is mainly because the script responsible for performing this task has never behaved quite as desired - for example, it had a bad habit of deleting old messages even if they hadn't been read - so the system will only come back when (or if :P) I get around to updating it. Saiming Posted January 5, 2008 Posted January 5, 2008 That is great news, for a lazy person like me  Quote
Daniel Posted January 5, 2008 Posted January 5, 2008 For people like me who use the pager a lot, and who hate cleaning out their sent messages and inbox... is there anyway to increase the storage? .. pweeez? :innocent: Quote

bob stole my cookie Posted January 5, 2008 Posted January 5, 2008 I second Daniel's suggestion and I never noticed that the pager clears out old messages... I guess I use it enough that I always clear them out first  Quote
James H. Posted January 5, 2008 Posted January 5, 2008 I always did anyways, too. So I guess I'll never miss that functionality. *shrugs* Quote
Mike Posted January 5, 2008 Author Posted January 5, 2008 As requested, I've raised the maximum number of storable messages to 200. :) Quote
bob stole my cookie Posted January 5, 2008 Posted January 5, 2008 You're my hero ...of today at least  Quote
bob stole my cookie Posted April 1, 2008 Posted April 1, 2008 This was the first pager-related thread I could find so... There be a typo. Quote
Anders Posted April 1, 2008 Posted April 1, 2008 Awww, but that looks charming! :D By the way, what is a ''pager buddy list'' and how does it differ from the real buddy list? Quote
