* Races out to center-field, retrieves flag and earns Team Grieg a point.

* Grieg however, takes the point and offers me as a sacrifice by sending me to the Hall Of The Mountain King, where I am forced to kill Ase and dance with Anitra forever more.

* Spirit comes back to destroy all creation with the Danse Macabre.

You do know that Berlioz, Ravel, and Debussy all give super pwnage powers to those they are dropped on, right?

Why? Their French. Last I checked, they lost in against the Germans! :P

*Romanticist wonderrs where he was when the war was going on and why he didn't participate*

*Romanticist sees that the war is still going on*

*Romanticist shoves a tritone and a handful of radioactive xenakis and ligeti up Mozart's donkey..thus anding the war officially*

*After claiming all the lost territory from the Mozart people for the Mahlerians and Brucknerians (even though Bruckner was too busy touching little catholic girls and did scraggy to help) Romanticist signs a non agression pack with the debussyites putting an end to the fighting*

Hmmm...let's see...

Well, Mozart's Symphony No. 41 (Jupiter), clearly :/ (Hey, I don't hate all Mozart. 25 and 40 are quite tolerable, and I even like some of his works for piano and string quartet, so don't flame me.)

Rachmaninov's C# minor prelude

Stravinsky's Violin Concerto

Most of the works of Schubert I've heard (some his chamber music being notable exceptions)

Hmm...

Where to start?

There are the obvious candidates like the Pachelbel canon, but I am assuming here that I am comparing my tastes in music to those of people with some musicality, so I'll leave such pieces alone.

Right now, my pet hates:

Vaughan Williams: The Lark Ascending

Schubert: Symphony No. 8 (Unfinished), particularly the second movement

Chopin: The Piano Concerti

Tchaikovsky: 1812 Overture

Rachmaninov: Symphony No. 2

Rossini: Thieving Magpie Overture

Brahms: Violin Concerto

All Pop Music (already said, but I agree completely)

Well, it's a start. There are plenty more, and I may return to let off some more steam at a later stage.

Oh, and to ANYONE who said Mahler, Shostakovich or Sibelius,:(:sadtears::angry:
