Verdi's Requiem. It's absolutely stunning. I've been switching between that and Orff's Carmina Burana, which is equally as stunning.

I wouldn't say the Verdi Requiem is as "stunning" as Carmina Burana ....Buy I won't argue... If you like those I think you will like Trionfo di Afrodite also by Orff ....

Really pity "Carmina Burana" is the only one known .... there also "Catulli Carmina" "Der Mond" and "Die Kluge" ....

... and others but I haven't been able to get those

My favorite piece of music right now, and of all time is Liszt's Transcendental Etude no.4 "Mazeppa".

In my opinion, it's one of the most underrated pieces of music ever. It's very artistic, Liszt making leaps over the keyboard making the illusion of a horse galloping. The melody made by octaves is very nice as well, Berezovsky and Fredy Kempf or Lazar Berman plays it the best I think.

My favorites are Saint-Saens' first cello sonata and concerto, his Marche Heroique, then Shostakovich's 8th quartet, the Malaguena from Lecuona's Andalusia Suite, L'egiptienne from Rameau's suite in g minor, and Mendelssohn's String Symphony No. 10 is my all time favorite.
