Classic Electric Piano

epian.png

This piano is a very special one, it will just sound like the electric piano you would rent or find on a gig, so not in perfect condition. It uses modified dampers from a steinway piano. Some keys were not working properly so i recorded them like they wre and also fixed it. You can choose between the repaired mapping or the original one from the kontakt interface. It was adjusted to produce a soft (not too many overtones, if you look in the service manual chapter four Figure 4-8 you’ll find that the tines were adjusted between pure fundamental and more overtone). I already have some customers that told me they use it live with a computer and a master keyboard, and they seem to like it :)

- The E-Pian is a Classic 73 Keys Electric piano from 1972 recorded with the direct output plugged into a tube preamp.

- 2,58Go sample bank, no loops, 24bits 44.1Khz samples

- 13 Velocity layers/note for the sustain

- Up to 26 Velocities for the release.

- 2 Types of release samples, on pedal up and on pedal down

- Additionnal pedal noise (up and down) that actually plays the pedal sound when you use it.

- Advanced scripting, especially for the releases when the sustain pedal is down.

- Really easy to play, just like a real piano, no more and no less.

- KONTAKT 2 and 3. Easy to use KONTAKT interface.
