Underappreciated Composers/Works?

My absolute favourite is the opening of the first movement.

the cello harmonics are cool, eerie. The violin entry is very difficult, since it is easily to loud/thick, hard to balance, like on your youtube example.

It's too bad Slava plays so out of tune on the false harmonics, isn't it?
