I have - the tests are thorough. Mannes is known for its theory faculty (basically the only person I ever heard who thought the tests were ridiculously easy was a pianist who graduated from the Moscow conservatory where theoretical training of musicians starts when you are in grade school).

Ok as for tests, if undergrad - you will be ask to write 2 part counterpoint in at least 4th specie, harmonize a melody, do a short harmony analysis, and dictation and aural skills tests. Usually identify intervals and notate a relatively simple melody. Oh, you may be given a brief multiple choice question on music history.

Note these tests are mostly for placement. Unless you show serious gaps, you should be OK. At worst you can beef up your skills thru Mannes Extension division, Juilliard Evening Division or even another school with a decent music department.
