French people! Please HELP me!

Bonjour everybody:D

I've been studying french for sometime now and now I'd like to purchase some french books on music. Does anyone now any really good french books on music theory or music history or whatever. (I really like reading about music theory) I have been searching a little bit on my own but I'm not enough good at french so I find it really hard to find websites or books that might be the right ones for me:(

So, please tell me about some great french books that deal with music theory or music history.

But they must be in French ?

I mean if is for practicing you can practice french in any french website, and if you want to learn music, the book can be in english no ?... or you want to kill 2 birds with one shot* ?

*(I don't know if you have that expression in english too)

J'ai trouvé quelques sites mais je ne peux pas trouver des livres à propos de la musique. Mais alors, je n'ai pas bien regardé aussi alors peut-être avec de la recherche vous allez avoir de la succès.

À propos des livres, je crois que ta seule chance serait de trouver des traductions de livres publiés en Anglais... J'ai un traité d'harmonie chez moi, mais c'est un petit livret rustique qui date d'avant la révolution tranquille... Ça vient de quelque part dans le grand nord, si je me rappelle bien.
