New Age forum

Would it be a good idea to create another forum for more new age music (ie trance, techo, industrial, synth, all that)? I don't know whether enough New Age music writers go here to make this forum worthwhile.

Well, not another forum or topic, but yes a thread devoted to it. That is all up to you what goes into a thread.

Experimental and Atonal don't refer to a music type, however. It's technique, and can therefore be applied to any music.

What I mean is more synthy, new age type stuff. Away with the traditional piano/strings and all, in with the sytrus, oscilloraters (not sure how to spell that!) keyboard, etc.

In some forums, new age music dominates the threads. It seems there aren't enough people here, however, to devote a section to it. I guess it all depends on where you go... some of us trance-people are "mixers," not "composers."
