Stupidest Error yet.

Another error today. When trying to report spam with the report button:

Fixed.

Care to tell what was wrong?

It was just a permission error I had missed. I wasn't aware that when I create new usergroups, I have to physically grant permission to those groups to enable them to submit reports. This is why Members could submit reports, and special groups such as Teachers and Reviewers could not.
