What piece is this?

Found this fragment yesterday on the web, but it didn't say a title or who composed it.

I think it's pretty enchanting and I'd like to get the full piece somewhere.

Does anyone know the composer's/piece's name? (btw is it solo piano or duet/quatre mains?).
