Bug: Quoting time stamp

When you quote somebody the time stamp is 12 hours off.

I posted at 04:14 PM, Tokke's quote says 04:14 AM.

Check to see if your time settings are correct. If you glance towards the bottom right, it will say "Time Now:" If this is incorrect, you should change your time settings in your control panel settings. Let me know.
