JijGaat Posted October 9, 2010 Posted October 9, 2010 Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone has experience with a good VST with Chine Instruments? I am making some background/ambient music for a video that covers some chinese info, and was wondering if there is more than the instruments I have in EWQL ra now? Just to add some textures, etc :) I hope someone can help me out! Greetz Quote
bryla Posted October 9, 2010 Posted October 9, 2010 Don't get RA - get SILK They have the Rocktober fest now. So get RA, Silk and SD2, that will cover you Quote
JijGaat Posted October 9, 2010 Author Posted October 9, 2010 Ra and SD2 I already have them, with the complete composers collection. Ill have a look at silk then :) Quote
CheeseLord Posted October 10, 2010 Posted October 10, 2010 Probably not worth mentioning if you have EWQL Silk, but there's a couple of good Kong Freebies here: http://www.chineekong.com/free.htm Quote
JijGaat Posted October 10, 2010 Author Posted October 10, 2010 Ofcourse it is always worth mentioning :) It sounds quite nice! Quote
Audiosprite Posted October 10, 2010 Posted October 10, 2010 AsianDreamZ and MiniErhu are pretty good, and free. Quote
Kamen Posted October 14, 2010 Posted October 14, 2010 For small and simple, try Kong Audio's VST plugins. Quote
tomsmith2010 Posted March 7, 2011 Posted March 7, 2011 The Dizi is the traditional Chinese flute. It is believed to have been brought in from Tibet during the Han Dynasty and since then it has been used for over the past 2,000 years in China. Quote
