NEW RELEASES EWQL Symphonic Choirs [Play] The Symphonic Choirs and Symphonic Choirs + Expansion sound sets are now available. These sound sets feature: 7 playback configurations for quick setup* Wordbuilder support and control** Extended and edited playback dictionary Custom instrument staffs for all patches *Additional Playback Configurations are available on request for EWQLSO v3 Sound Set Users that combine the two libraries. **Wordbuilder is not supported if used in 'Legacy' mode. This sound set requires: PLAY v2.1.1 or higher The EWQLSC [Play] sound set is available for US $20 The EWQLSC +Exp [Play] sound set is available for US $25 Upgrade pricing is available for users who purchase the EWQLSC [Play] sound set and later add the Expansion. QL Ministry of Rock The QL Ministry of Rock sound set is now available. This sound set features: Customized "Sibelius Instruments" Extended and edited playback dictionary Custom instrument staffs for all patches This sound set requires: PLAY v2.1.2 or higher The Ministry of Rock sound set is available for US $15 Visit the EastWest page at the Sound Set Project website to purchase the sound set or download the sound set user manual for more information. Version 2 Releases The QL Goliath, Gypsy, Pianos, Pianos Gold, RA, Silk, Stormdrum 2, Stormdrum 2 +Exp and Voices of Passion sound sets have all been updated to "version 2". These are significant updates and address previous issues such as incompatible House Style settings while improving integration and offering new features. Some of the changes include the addition of custom instrument staffs for all patches in the libraries, consistent playback dictionaries, documented articulation/technique changes and general compatibility changes. All v2 updates are paid updates. Pricing is as follows: QL Goliath v2: US $20 QL Gypsy v2: US $15 QL Pianos/Pianos Gold v2: US $10 QL RA v2: US $15 QL Silk v2: US $15 QL Stormdrum 2 v2: US $20 QL Stormdrum 2 +Exp v2: US $25 QL Voices of Passion v2: US $15 Upgrade pricing is available for users who purchase the QL Pianos Gold v2 sound set and/or QL SD2 v2 sound set and upgrade to the Pianos full edition or add the SD2 PRO Expansion later. UPDATES EW Fab Four The EW Fab Four sound set has been updated to v1.1 This update includes general compatibility changes and a new House Style with custom instrument staffs for all patches. Documentation has also been updated. This is a free update for all Fab Four sound set users. Users will receive information on how to obtain the update within 24 hours at the email address used for payment. EWQLSO [Play] v3 The EWQLSO [Play] v3 Silver sound set has been updated to v3.0.1; Gold and Platinum have been updated to v3.0.2. This update includes general compatibility changes and a missing patch definition and instrument staff added for Zildjian 26" Crash Cymbal. Documentation has also been updated. This is a free update for all EWQLSO [Play] v3 sound set users. Users will receive information on how to obtain the update within 24 hours at the email address used for payment. A Note About Compatibility Due to significant changes in these current sound sets for all EWQL titles, the use of previous versions of any EWQL sound set in combination with the current versions listed above is not supported. For example, using the QL RA v1 sound set with the QL Goliath v2 sound set is not supported. All current versions of the sound sets are fully compatible with each other and supported in any combination.
