Morgri Posted February 26, 2012 Posted February 26, 2012 Should I invest in Finale 2012 or Sibelius 7? Quote
jrcramer Posted February 26, 2012 Posted February 26, 2012 ow no. not again this old fight? In the end the answer is: whatever you are used to. you should know that by now, Paul :P Quote
SYS65 Posted February 28, 2012 Posted February 28, 2012 haha, use a coin man, easy :D I haven't used Finale, but those tiny staves are very difficult to me to read. Quote

maestrowick Posted March 23, 2012 Posted March 23, 2012 Whatever you are comfortable with. I'm fluent in Finale so I roll with that. Fin12 is buggy so I'll wait until Finale 2013. Quote
Austenite Posted March 23, 2012 Posted March 23, 2012 Fin12 is buggy so I'll wait until Finale 2013. So far I've only used Finale - and just a few months ago I got hold of Finale 2011 (in a borrowed computer  ), with which I'm pretty fine... However, I'm planning to invest as well... so, what do you mean with F2012 being "buggy"? Quote
maestrowick Posted March 23, 2012 Posted March 23, 2012 unstable as a program. it was rushed. crashes too much, file conversion shady..need I say more! Quote
Austenite Posted March 23, 2012 Posted March 23, 2012 Enough - I'll either stick to F2011 or (if I finally have to return the computer) wait for F2013, or if lacking money, get back to handwritting or quit composing altogether :w00t: ... Quote
