Sibelius Playing The Wrong Notes?

The title of this topic is self-explanatory. I need Sibelius playing the right notes for demonstration purposes, how do I fix this?

altough I am a finale user and I whished this was true, I dont think it is a structural sibelius problem, so you need to be specific, maybe upload a file so that people can see whats wrong with it

I'm writing a piece for choir, and there is a certain note on a certain bar where the bass is wrong. I wrote Gb-Abb and Sibelius plays Gb-Gb. Only if I write Gb-Ab does he play the Gb-Abb I want. But this is the only note on the entire piece that is played incorrectly. Weird.

Can you take a screenshot of the issue or upload the Sibelius file?

wow, haha. on the bright side: at least you are that good that you not rely on the computer for the sound but you compare the sound in your head with the score as is playedback :)
